They don't look quite so amazing in this picture but they look so so cool! I want a go!

sunset.

the sunset from my house tonight was beeautiful.


i really do count Sunset as one of the wonders of the world.
i could watch the sunset every single night in the summer, and never get bored.
Not only is every single sunseteach day unique, it also changes every second as you watch it.

they're so romantic and perfect and indescribable.

I've tried more than once to capture the beauty of it, but photographs never really show up the colours and you can never really tell how massively everywhere it is.

i wish i could remember the name of the artist that did the image above because they deserve some credit, but basically, they typed in "sunset" on the flickr website, and So many beautiful pictures came up.
So she cropped the sun out of each picture, and made a series of images like this one.
She then put it on the flickr website, naming it "sunset".
When it came to be exhibited at an art gallery, She named it "3,122,367 Sunset", because that is the amount of hits it had on it's first day on the flickr website.

I just watched the last two episodes of Lost Series 5.
And now it's finished I'm just left thinking, how are they possibly going to make a whole next Series out of that?

SPOILER!

Cos, it either worked, and none of it ever happened at all, or it didn't and they are all dead, surely?

So lost continues to bemuse me.
And I have to wait a whole Year until the next one. gaaah.




I thought, as it is the end of this Series, I would dedicate a blog to the Haaaawt boys that make Lost just that much better.

i love the beach.
pretty much all of the beaches around here are sand beaches,
but when we were in Brighton i spent ages looking at all the pebbles in a million different shapes, and had to bring a few of them home!


This artist, Clotilde Olyff, has found the whole alphabet.

After a massive Mrs.D induced panick on Friday that the college never got my application, I recieved a letter in the post today from Coleg Sir Gar saying that they have recieved it, and will be in contact with me soon to organise a date for my interview.
Which was a relief.
Although I am now worrying slightly about the interview, and what work to take and everything!.
But it'll be fine.

Everyone has been talking about University and everything that comes after that for a long time now. And it all seems very big and scary, but a crazy massive fun adventure at the same time, and I just know that all of my friends are going to do some great things in their lives.

But I don't really know what I want to do, or where I want to go.

Matth's birthday Celebrations.

SO for matthew's birthday I took him to the Thai Pheonix.
It's a chinese eat as much as you want, but a really really nice one, where all the food you order is cooked fresh just for you, and they just keep bringing it to you!
It was really lovely, we ate so so much!

This is One of matthew's cakes. He has three in total, one which my mum made which is the coolest obviously. We're having it tonight when we go to the Fig Tree, so they'll be more photos tomorrow of Matthews birthday celebrations! This cake is second coolest, got the drunk matthew, golf bag, a level exam papers, tools and tile grout, the puppies. The cake was LUSH too. I told mummy she's got competition but I wish I hadn't cos I think it worried her a bit.
Her's will knock the socks off this though.! I've already seen it, but you can wait until tomorrow ;)

Kitty Kats

I was at matthew's house yesterday, and because he was revising hard for his exam today, I was feeling pretty bored.

But, I managed to keep myself entertained my playing photoshoot with his cats. Then today, I was looking through my camera at pictures of his birthday, and some of the ones I took of his cats were so lovely that I thought I'd blog about them :)

The black and white one is Tess.
And tbh, the look on her face says it all. She's a little bit evil.
Sometimes she's all lovely, and wants attention and love, and her fur is so so unbelievably softer than any other cat I've met. But most of the time she's a bitch.

His mum got us up early to open cards and presents, and she gave him the biggest balloons in the world ever too !

Theodore Roosevelt.

After Roosevelt came up in an conversation yesterday, i decided to wiki him as i really know nothing about many of the Presidents at all.
From what I gather he was great. The 26th President.


But that's not what stayed in my mind afterwards,
This did.

The page of Teddy Roosevelt's diary the day his wife Alice died from Bright's Disease, aged 22. His mother also died on the same day, just 11 hours earlier.
The sadness of the cross and the simple statement touched me. Also, I just noticed that it was on Valentines Day that he wrote this.










I thought i'd point out too that Teddy Bears were named after him.

and i want to go back and do it all again.
